Breast Reduction
This lady in her early twenties had breasts that had a challenging shape to correct. There was a combination of problems, the breasts were asymmetric, the bottom half of the breast was underdeveloped, and the nipples were disproportionately oversized, as the skin had stretched.
So I redesigned the whole breast, lifted the breast tissue and reshaped it and created a new upright skin envelope, and reduced the size of her nipples.
this 64 year old physically active was heavy breasted buy only wanted a moderate breast reduction.
I achieved a nice lift, a moderate reduction to alleviate her back and neck pain, but still in proportion to the rest of her body.
A heavy breasted lady in her 70s who has always wanted a breast reduction but didnt want to go too small. Her confidence levels are through the roof, her outfits fit so well now… she’s walking taller….and looks younger somehow!
Only one problem… she needed a whole new wardrobe !!!!

An unusual lady for me to find. a perfectly slim woman and her only physical imperfection were these enormous breasts. It is wrong to assume that a woman who has lived with big breasts will want to retain fullness. this lady wanted a B cup.
So… I said “Ok send me some photos of what you think a B cup looks like – you know J-Lo in a halterneck dress at the Oscars.. something like that.” She said “Miss Dua Jennifer LOPEZ!!!! I was thinking more Jennifer ANISTON!!!!”

Breast Reduction and Asymmetry correction. As you may or may not know one breast is usually bigger than the other
And here we are two years later! It has lasted well.
This lovely patient of mine, a dancer, needed a therapeutic mammoplasty which is basically a breast cancer removal using the breast reduction technique. Also her breasts were “tuberous” and growing down and outwards which this young lady wanted fixing too.
So now, cancer free, PLUS lighter lifted to suit her age and physique.
Again – a dancer, with a size 6 figure and marked asymmetry. Oh AND psoriasis on immune therapy so high stakes surgery, but we followed protocols and precautions and all ended well.
So this young lady wanted to go really petite in keeping with her body type and lifestyle so she has been reduced to something in the order of a B cup.
This young lady had huge breasts . It was important to note her underlying curves beneath the breasts and keep the new breasts in proportion to her petite but shapely frame.
And here she is 4 years later. still nice and fresh, she has followed my aftercare instructions beautifully. I urge all my patients to look after their new breasts!
Gigantomastia. The largest breasts operated on by anyone I know. 3.9 and 3.7 kg each. This lovely woman came in embarrassed, shy, downcast, unable to make life choices because the way she looks and the way her breasts make her feel. I needed to use a free nipple graft for this case. It was too big a lift to guarantee they would stay alive.
3 months later, this lady’s life is changed forever, she’s swimming with her children for the first time, wearing fitted tops, and SMILING ALL THE TIME! the repigmentation process takes about 6 months after a free graft in women of colour. It can be topped up by semi permanent make up

Explants
This lady in her 60s had ancient implants that needed removing. Her first instinct was to remove them alone. I counselled against this as they would have looked awful. Option 2 is an augmented mastopexy (replacing the implants with a lift combined)- something I don’t do as I deem it too high risk. Always happy to direct a lady to someone else. The third option4 was to do nothing…
- This surgery is challenging as you cannot predict which blood vessels are keeping the nipple alive, so I use a three pronged approach to ensure the nipple remains healthy and pink at the end and hlps me to reshape the remaining breast tissue.
- The capsule is sent off for histology to rule out ALCL.
- The fourth option – which she eventually decided on – to remove the implant and capsule, then tidy up all the extra baggy skin and create a “new bra” to house the “reshaped” breast.

Voila lifted, younger, much less self-conscious and much more comfortable.
A beautiful petite nurse in her 40s had these implants placed in her twenties and they had started to look “matronly” on her tiny frame. the breast tissue at the front of the implant had started to drop, (the waterfall effect)
Recreated her new breast using a technique called autoaugmentation creating a new perkier breast from her own slipped breast tissue, now replaced higher. She can now go shopping with her teenage daughter and now has a younger figure to match!
High stakes surgery. This lady had had a breast reduction then two sets of implants culminating in an augmented mastopexy. She had always found them too big for her petite frame. So she asked me for an explant, a further reduction and an uplift. VERY tricky as I had no idea where the blood supply to the nipple was coming from. But I approached it with caution and planning and nipples survived
Again this is literally the PERfect patient who follows instructions to the nth degree. Her new smaller breasts sit better on her petite frame and she is now silicone-free!
